Visit to see Grandma and Grandpa

Mommy and I went up north to visit Grandma and Grandpa. I had so much fun. Just look at the pictures!

It's all happening at the zoo!

We went to the zoo on Sunday. The weather was perfect! It was so much fun. I love the animals. Especially the hippo and the giraffes and the gorillas and the chimps and the bears and the eagles and the..

We went on the train for the first time. I'm not too sure what to think of it.. but it was OK.

Daddy says he likes taking me for a walk. But I have him fooled.

Where did the summer go!!!???

I've been having so much fun since I turned 1 year old. I went to the zoo for the first time. I've been to Wisconsin and Chicago. I've gone swimming a whole bunch! I've really started walking.. especially since I got my new big girl shoes.

Here I am in my little pool. I got it from Grandma and Grandpa Nolan. I love this thing!

Last Friday, I had something called surgery. I'm not sure what my adenoids were or why they had to be removed. But they're gone. Along with that little skin tag by my ear. I played with it a whole bunch. Now it's gone too.

Mommy and Daddy said I did really good. The anesthesia was kind of a mess.. but I bounced back in no time. Now there's no more snoring.. no more sleep apnea.. and I hope the ear infections go away too! After it was all over, Grandma and Grandpa Thomas brought me a chocoloate frosty (mmm) and a stuffed Baby Snoopy (fun!)

Here's video from Saturday's party. I wasn't sure what was going on at first.. but then I got it. Everyone was singing to me! It was so much fun! I love birthdays!!!!

Wow! Where did the last 12 months go? Time flies as you get older, huh? Mommy and Daddy threw two parties for me. I had so much fun. Just look at the smile on my face!

I always like to take time to smell the flowers.

Look.. another day.. another cupcake. But this time it came with a silly hat. Whatever.. the frosting tasted pretty good!

Thank you to everyone who came to my parties. It was nice to see my ENTIRE family.. and all my friends. I love the presents and I really liked spending time with all of you.

Summertime

Sorry I haven't updated this blog in a while. I've been too busy having too much fun! Here I am making funny faces in the screen door.

9 months old

Can you believe I'm already 9 months old? I've been out longer than I was in! I weigh 19 lbs and I'm 28 inches long. And I now have 5 teeth.

I went on vacation with Mommy and Daddy to a place called St. Maarten. It was sunny and warm! We had to take two planes to get there but I did great! I sure do love flying.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Wow. My first St. Patty's Day. Mommy and I wore green for the occasion. I love my Mommy. She makes me so happy.

I love playing in the water. My teacher says I'm a natural. St. Maarten here I come!

Oh.. by the way. I'm officially 8 months old now and I'm crawling all over the place. And I seem to be attracted to electrical cords and other dangerous things. Cool, huh?

Latest happenings

I've been practicing how to crawl. I've mastered moving backwards.. but I'm ready to start moving ahead. Check out my first official crawl.. caught on tape!

I'm also getting used to standing and walking. But that's still a long way off.

I've started my first swim class. Its for Mommy and me. We're having so much fun in the water.

7 Months Old

Happy Valentine's Day! It's also my 7th month birthday. Pretty cool, huh?

Mommy and Daddy took me to get my picture taken at the mall. I think they turned out pretty good. I'm just happy that they let me bring my monkey along.

I'm doing all sorts of fun stuff these days. I'm scooting around on the floor.. not quite crawling.. but I'm getting close. I also started eating finger food. Picking it up and putting it in my mouth is a little challenging.. but I'm getting the hang of it.

My Aunt Holly has been staying with me while Mommy and Daddy go to work. I'm really enjoying the time with her and Snoopy.. but he kinda has bad breath sometimes.. especially when he tries to kiss me. Yuck!

6 months old

I'm 6 months old already! Where has the time gone? I'm 26 inches long and I weigh 16.4 lbs. I'm happy and healthy. Mommy and Daddy are thankful for that!
